If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right. Reach out and we’ll arrange an exchange or a solution that works for you.
What can be returned
Because our products go near babies’ mouths, we can only accept items that are unused and still in their original packaging.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it.
